Sorry for the delay in this announcement, with a house full of sickies and the rush of the holidays i allowed myself not to feel guilty about spending extra time with my family...

After spending so much time reading and rereading the 4 entries i received i finally made my decision...the family has been notified and i will hopefully get to post bits of their story for yall all to read.

BUT (there's always a but, lol) i have also decided that each of the other families will also recieve a a smaller gift of my time and prints as well.

I will say I have been touched by these nominations and have come to discover that there are so many in our community who deserve the gift of these memories.

You dont necessarily have to purchase clothes from these sites but they will give you an idea of how to layer clothing and ideas of things to buy if you are buying new clothes. Remember i am NOT your everybody wear a white shirt and jeans kinda photographer, i love color, layering, causual and most of all i love hats/striped tights!!!!!!

A sneak peek of my Christmas card selection for this holiday season!!! As you prob already know i am NOT your red and green kinda gal but i did throw in a red and green one for all of you traditional folks, lol!

to clarify a mini session is a shortened session that lasts up to 30 minutes per family of 4 at a predetermined location and includes 5-10 proofs per family. I am working on three packages now that will allow you to pick an add-on to combine with your session for ONE set price! I am serious yall are going to love this!

Can I just say that this little thing was my first ever boy newborn and he was pure heaven! I seriously wanted to eat him up with honey and butta, heehee! He snoozed the entire time I was at their house and mom and dad were so laid back and sweet! You can really feel the love these two share for this this little guy and for eachother.

This is why i always suggest scheduling your shoot within the first few weeks after birth, Mr M was coming up on 2 weeks young and really didnt mind what position we put him in, and i have to say he quite ejoyed my new "baby cocoon".

Okay so L and my daughter are almost birthday twins and I am so happy we have gotten the chance to meet them! This little cutie pie is full of smiles and has the sweetest dimple I have ever seen! Mom and dad were so nice to welcome me into their home today and little Miss L was in a fabulous mood depite feeling a little under the weather. How adorable is sweet little M? She was so quite but that little "cheese" smile was absolutly perfect! her brother C got to hang out and was def a ham for the camera...we even got a few pics with Mom and Dad for the Christmas card!

T could no have been a more sweet little guy! This shoot was for his 2 yr birthday! Can you believe his amazing eyes?!?!?! Despite the Texas heat he was a trooper and just enjoyed being all boy (ie muddy hands, lol)! A special thanks to T's mom, she was pregnant and we walked all the way to this park and whew it was hot!
